These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Axiom Research Lab. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.

1. Research use only

All materials sold by Axiom Research Lab are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, and they are not for human or veterinary consumption or administration.

By placing an order you confirm that you are acquiring these materials for laboratory research purposes only, that you are competent to handle and store them safely, and that you will not use them, or permit them to be used, for any other purpose.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, and you are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession and use of these materials complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and it is dispatched. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may cancel and refund an order in full if an item cannot be supplied.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. The total payable, including any shipping charge and applicable tax, is displayed at checkout before payment is taken. Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order already accepted.

Where an obvious pricing or description error is identified, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund rather than fulfil it.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Rates and available methods are set out on our Shipping page and shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

An order may be cancelled before dispatch. We do not accept general returns once an order has been dispatched, because storage and handling conditions cannot be verified after material leaves our control. Claims for damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery and supported by a continuous unboxing video. 7. Product information and documentation

Where analytical documentation is available from our supplier for a product line, we say so on the product page. We do not currently publish lot-specific certificates of analysis and make no representation that the individual batch supplied to you has been independently verified. See Testing & Documentation.

8. Use of this site

You may not use this site in any way that is unlawful, that attempts to interfere with its operation or security, or that misrepresents your identity or your relationship with us. Site content, branding and product copy remain our property and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

9. Affiliate programme

Participation in our affiliate programme is governed by separate affiliate terms, which apply in addition to these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
